its a lot of fun, but uses a lot of shellfish. and makes a lot of food. definitely worth the price. but if only one person likes sushi, don't pay for everyone to make it. anyone can observe at no cost

My daughter and I did this class on Majesty last year. Had a great time. The chef that taught the class was hysterical. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it all. They packed the leftovers in take away cartons. We knew we wouldn't eat the rest so we gave it to some nice people in the elevator. Oh yes, my daughter is allergic to shrimp so they happily substituted chicken.

During our Radiance Alaska cruise this past June several friends and I did the class. It was fun and I thought worth the fee. You get way more food than you can eat.

we did it on Jewel and Adventure. Made same rolls both times. Like Jewel better because restaurant was separate and could hear much better. On Adventure, it is in the Promenade, very noisy, hard to hear the chef. My kids like sushi and liked the class, so we did it two years in a row.

12 yo daughter and I did the class on anthem. We had a great time And made at ton of sushi.I was surprised at how well it turned out.

I'm embarrassed to say I ate every bit of it! Of course I was stuffed the rest of the day. Really fun class, will definitely do again.
