Just had Lisa on the Symphony of the Seas.  She's amazing!!!! There isn't anything that she doesn't try to accomplish. She was intuitive and sensitive to all our needs. Lisa was always available for request and responded quickly whenever we contacted her.  She also surprised us on many a night.
