This is the new multi 7. We are a 3. This is not your cruise certificate at the end of the cruise.

This is the last one my husband got and we booked the very last cruise on the sheet to celebrate our anniversary.:*

Yes your tier is now printed on your card. At the end of the cruise you can go to the casino host and get a certificate based on your play. For 400 points you get a $100 off any cruise certificate, and an $100 more for each 400 points. When you get to 2400 points you get a certificate for a free cruise from a select list for an inside cabin - 3600 get you a free outside cabin from a list and 4800 gets you a free balcony cabin from a list.

Anyone else have an issue when trying to redeem their casino certificates? I just booked a future cruise while onboard the Harmony last week and was told by both the agent and the casino hostess to just call RCCL when I got home and they would apply the casino earned credit for me and my husband to the new booking. I called RCCL and they told me to call Casino Royale number to do this. After waiting 45 minutes on hold, Casino agent told me they would have to rebook the cruise at today’s rate and promotions in order to use the certificates, which means the cruise rate is slightly higher and I would lose additional $100 onboard credit which was offered for booking while on ship. Casino agent told me they didn’t understand why the ship staff told me I could just have the credit applied to current booking. I feel like I’m getting the runaround from RCCL. Regular RCCL agent told me to call back tomorrow and they would look into this.

I've used a certificate on an already booked cruise. They do reprice it at the current rate. Most of mine the price was still the same. I don't remember ever losing the OBC from booking on board, but that could have changed. I would call back and talk to someone else.

Edit: if there was additional OBC from a promotion, besides the booking on board, and that promotion is no longer in effect you would lose the additional OBC

I booked a 12 night cruise and received $200 for booking on board, plus $100 from a current promotion. When I applied the certificate, if the $100 OBC promotion was no longer in effect, I would only keep the $200 from booking on board. I hope that makes sense.

Funny, besides my regular certificates earned on each cruise, I only got two other offers since I became Signature - One for $100 off a cabin and one for $250 off a cabin. I already have about 15,000 points for the next benefit year. It seems like the more I cruise, 8 or 9 a year, the less offers I get. I got more when I was only sailing a few times a year.

Exactly what I’m experiencing as a Signature. I’m getting nothing. I do have a host and I’ve called or emailed him several times and all I get is double talk. Seems like the higher the level, the less offers you receive. Good thing I’m not Master.

What do you have to spend to get these comps? $10k? $20k?

I wagered about 12k on my last cruise. Lost about $800 but getting total of 3 free cruises. How much it'll cost you in the end really varies. I had a couple of big hits on slots between $300 to $900 but no handpays. Overall felt lucky to only lost $800 and getting the free cruises. But it can also be dead the entire cruise and you can drop a couple grand easy. However, if you're looking to cruise anyways and not forcing yourself to go just cause its comped. Its worth the gamble if you're comfortable with your limit..

As a signature, you will want to call casino Royale and ask for your multi 7 offer.

Thanks Michael. I just got off the phone after calling CR. He checked with support, and said I was going to be put on the list to receive offers. He didn't know why I didn't get the Multi offers before. We'll see what happens.

Thanks for the info. Do you get the impression that slot play gains you more points than table games?

I believe that your time playing and the amount of bets on slots or tables determines your points, Win or lose! You don't get more offers if you win or lose as long as you have offered them enough (ie. gambled), you will get offers. It is easier to make that offer of play/$ if you are winning (or rich).

I played table games only a little bit and have no idea how they track you. Slots are easy to track. It even display how many points you've earned thus far right at the machine. Basically I quit once I hit my target.
