When are the Chic nights on a 9 night Caribbean cruise

Normally is the 2nd day (1st day at sea) and the third-last day (Day at sea), they don't do it the last day because next day you will disembark.

What is the ship and the date to be more precise?

It generally will be the day after embarkation day for the first one however the second usually will not be the last sea day because you'll be disembarking. It is most often the next to last evening.

 

It won't be the last sea day because most are disembarking the following morning and are or have already packed and put out their luggage.

That depends. On our last cruise the last day was a port day so the chic night WAS on the last sea day. It is all dependent on itinerary

You're correct. I should have said that the 2nd Evening Chic night most often will be the next to last evening of the cruise regardless of sea or port day.

Just an FYI, Celebrity very often has Chic nights on port days, depends on itinerary. To say they are on sea days is incorrect.
