We are a group of 25 Chinese citizens from Shanghai and took a tour with your Oasis of the Seas starting from Nov 25, 2018 and ending on Dec 2, 2018.  We went to Haiti, Jamaica and Mexico.  We experienced excellent  and quality services through out our entire trip.

We would like to especially mention two waitresses in the dinning room located on deck 5.  All of us are over 60 years of age and have language barrier. For these reasons, Oasis  of the Seas very thoughtfully arranged two waitresses who are from China to serve us.  We would like to express our sincere gratitude here.

The services from these two young ladies are beyond excellent.  They paid very close attention to our needs and wants and they talked and served us as if we were their family members.
We are very proud that Oasis of the Seas could hire such two quality employees.  We would like to take this opportunity to express our utmost appreciation and gratitude not only to Oasis of the Seas but to these two young ladies.

We will absolutely take your ship for our future strip and hope will meet with these two fine young ladies again. Cuiqing Wang and the group of 25 from Shanghai, China

Glad this worked out so well for you.  By the way, your English seems fine, based on your well-written post.  We also had a wonderful journey earlier this year on Oasis of the Seas.  The service was very good all over the ship.   I am sure your servers appreciate you mentioning them by name here on Cruise Critic!

By the way, I visited China as a tourist many years ago - Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, and Suzhou.  In Shanghai we stayed at that hotel that is connected to the large stadium and had a room looking in, though there was no game being played so we watched bungee jumpers instead.

I do not speak a word of Mandarin or Cantonese but we had excellent local bilingual guides in each city, and even managed to find our own way around Beijing and Shanghai on our free days with only our guide book to help us.

Worth noting - while it is great to post this on Cruise Critic, be sure to direct a copy of your comments to Royal Caribbean as well, as while they probably may keep an eye on this site, they may not see everything.

There is usually a post-cruise survey or you can contact them via email.
