CC won't let me post

This has been happening for a while now, but I thought I had better start a new thread about it, in case the Mods had not taken note.  In the past few days, occasionally CC won't let me post on threads that I have posted on before, but today I was not allowed to post on a "new" thread - one I had not posted on before.  I click on "Submit reply" - "Saving"  appears, and then it switches back to "Submit reply".  I can click multiple times, it does the same thing.

 

I wonder if I will be allowed to "Submit topic"!!

 

I know all these problems must be just as frustrating for all those working on getting the new CC up and running as it is for us members.  I do appreciate the improvements.

I doubt that it's you.  I think it's just more of the "growing pains" this site is encountering since the change over.

 

Some people just seem more susceptible to glitches than others.

That should just not be happening.  I would email Jenn at the help desk about this

sometimes  when you post  a reply   after the saving starts  the screen jumps a bit  so it looks like your post did not go through

if you scroll up  the post may be there

Same thing is happening to me.  I can post on one of my threads but the other it comes up "saving" but will never post.  Don

This has happened to me numerous times on this new site.  It's been a couple weeks since it last happened to me but when it did, it was very frustrating.

I spoke too soon.  It's happening to me on several forums this morning, along with logging me out every time I change forums.

Are you using a desktop or mobile?
