Rare crewsweeper Posted April 3, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Just to add...if you are looking for this information to decide whether or not to get FTTF or how many slots for FTTF are available, they don't really publish anything pre-cruise, but will tell you if FTTF is still available for your cruise. If you can find the cruise Director he may be able to tell you. If there are a large number on board like my last two Journey cruise they announced it several times. Many time the people checking people in at port will also know f there are a large number Edited April 3, 2019 by jmcathome

RWolver672 Posted April 5, 2019 #7 Share Posted April 5, 2019 I don't know if this is the norm or not but on our last cruise, there were 576 Platinums, 84 Diamonds and 1 guy that had sailed something like 162 days.

jmcathome Posted April 5, 2019 #9 Share Posted April 5, 2019 Journey cruises seem to have a higher percentage of Dia/ Plat. Last on in Feb on Glory had like 1400 total combined. Last year on Sunshine over 1600 even had tow have two Dia/plat parties. Both of these the CD kept announcing this and the people in port kept telling us there were so many and that was why no space in lounge
campperson Posted April 19, 2019 Author #10 Share Posted April 19, 2019 CrusinpsychRN. I was just curious. Other FB websites talk about those totals all the time and was just wondering..
NCbmwmom Posted April 19, 2019 #11 Share Posted April 19, 2019 On our Spring Break Cruise last week on the Sensation, there were maybe 15-20 total. They moved the party to the Michelangelo Lounge.
coevan Posted April 19, 2019 #12 Share Posted April 19, 2019 As a Platinum who fortunately has more free time, we usually look for longer cruises, B2B, Journeys, and we do not sail Christmas, Spring Break, or summer. There are generally more P&D's on these cruises.
klfrodo Posted April 20, 2019 #13 Share Posted April 20, 2019 I wondered where you were going with a DP question. 😮
2Shoes2Go Posted April 20, 2019 #14 Share Posted April 20, 2019 The numbers have really taken off in the last couple of years. Most cruises, we are on, have had double digit numbers of Diamonds and over four times as many Platinums as Diamonds. Looking more like Royal’s Crown and Anchor trend. We are still having fun! 😀
PhillyFan33579 Posted April 20, 2019 #15 Share Posted April 20, 2019 You can also ask one of the Carnival employees in the priority lounge/waiting area in the terminal.
