I was surprised at the low costs myself.  I am already in a suite and have the AI package.  the only benefit for me for the Aqua Class Suite would be the spa pass and access to Blue .  Since these classes are already sold out, it would take others to move up to free up the rooms.

Good to know.  If it's locked, you'll probably see the charge on your Visa before receiving an email confirming....at least that's how we found out on two occasions.

So excited to enjoy Luminae, Retreat services, and Blu with thermal suite.

While others on our sailing were upgraded approx one month before sail date, we were just upgraded yesterday (same as our traveling companions), and we sail in one week. Interestingly enough, our companions were “offered” less than we were for a sunset veranda, although they originally paid more for their deluxe porthole veranda than we did for our inside guarantee (which had been assigned deluxe inside). Here are the deets:

• Date email offer received: it wasn’t, we each went thru the Move Up choice when poking around in our accounts on 8/1

General Comments (offer details, etc.) As of 9/27, all cabin classes offered showed the ability to still bid/change. Only on 9/28, we didn’t have an option to modify the pending SV bid. Even though it had been pending from the start, not being able to modify was the only heads up before simultaneously receiving notification from Celebrity and our bank (for large cc purchases) later that same day.

As mentioned, not all proffers are presented equally; even for the same cabin, our friends were offered to move up to a SV for a minimum $150pp (their ultimate bid), albeit they’d initially paid more for their cabin than we had.

seems to be much higher than many Edge class recent sailings. A few Sky Suites of various flavors are available as well as 2 CS, 1 PH  and 1 IS.

Yikes, I guess I’d call. Maybe go through your emails though and make sure you didn’t accidentally place an Oceanview bid.

You bid on an Ocean view Porthole.  Looks like that's what you got.
