Casino hours on Bliss Alaska cruise

We're sailing on the Bliss to Alaska on 6/30 and trying to find out when the casino will be open. We will have the drink card from CAS, so we're trying to determine if we will also need the drink package. The gratuities are so high now that I don't know if we are better off paying out of pocket for our drinks when we are not in the casino.

Typically the casino opens 30 minutes after leaving the port.

The casino opens a couple of hours after leaving Seattle. Then shortly after leaving each port. It is CLOSED on the whole last day going into Victoria and after leaving Victoria. You’re on your own for the last 24 hour period.

I think the casino might be closed while traversing Glacier Bay too.

I'm not sure which glacier they were cruising by, but my DS was in the casino winning a poker tournament while the good viewing was going on.   They all took a break and ran out on deck before resuming the game.   This was on one of the smaller NCL ships.
