Correctamundo! What is now Arcadia was ordered by HAL in 2000 as their fifth Vista class vessel. In 2003 plans were changed to send No. 5 to Cunard to become their Queen Victoria. Shortly before her launch, plans were changed once more and No. 5 became Arcadia for P&O

Interesting- she has the "Tamarind" at the top.  Interesting no other Vistas got that.
