Camera has stopped panning and we can actually see the Eurodam being tied off thanks to a zoom.

Who would be on the bridge.  I'm in the fire house with others and don't have the chatter turned on but are they finished placing the ship?

Besides the captain, staff captain and pilot, one senior navigator  (officer of the watch), one junior navigator and two quartermasters. They are finalizing lines and the gangway is not connected yet
