Time for a HAL pop quiz; in 1969 HAL begins recruiting large numbers of non-Dutch crew for the first time; they start arriving in 1970. Where were they from and for an extra bonus; in which Dept. did they come to work?

Who would be on the bridge.  I'm in the fire house with others and don't have the chatter turned on but are they finished placing the ship?

Besides the captain, staff captain and pilot, one senior navigator  (officer of the watch), one junior navigator and two quartermasters. They are finalizing lines and the gangway is not connected yet
