You certainly may.

I'd suggest sending it to the Cellar..

Then, call for it in any Restaurant and your bottle will be served at the correct temperature and served beautifully.

If you are in a suite, the butler can also handle chilling any wine (if necessary) and bring it to the dining room.  Sometimes they do insist on escorting you personally, though ... often arm in arm with the woman while the man trails behind ...

With your concierge level we'll get what sounds like a very nice bottle of Champagne.  Sparkling wines are a favorite of ours.  I was thinking about getting some apps and having the Champagne on our deck at sailaway.  Nice glasses and correctly chilled would be nice but I'm wondering if that's kinda outside of what we should ask for.  Note to self: take your Champagne recorker 🙂

That sounds like you plan on doing that on boarding day.  Every time we've entered our room if there was a bottle of sparkling, it was nicely chilled.  We usually don't have it right away and so then it is removed and saved for chilling later.

 

If you want to drink it at sailaway you shouldn't have a problem.

Oops, I miswrote.  I meant sailing away on some other day 🙂  Thanks for the advice.

Even so, there won't be a problem getting the wine properly chilled!  Just ask your cabin steward.

Since it is Champagne we are discussing, it is best served 40-45 degrees F. Therefore, if you want it later in the cruise, putting it in your cabin fridge will be simple and fine. We rarely have ours on Embarkment Day but put it in the fridge for later. No need to summon the help when you want to savor it, pull it out of the fridge, pop, and pour. Just remember to put the wine glasses back so to have them when you’re ready.

In our experience, if you bring an O-gifted (or TA-gifted) bottle to a dining venue, the staff will suggest replacing it with a properly-chilled bottle.  Very convenient 🙂
