Shareholder OBC

I just received an updated confirmation from my Big Box TA. It shows my shareholder OBC. I am just posting this since in other posts it has been stated that it won’t show up on your TA statement. Maybe there has been a change in the way they do things?

We always get a confirmation from the cruise line itself & put it in our travel folder .

Our TA has always sent a list all the various shipboard credit that we are due.

 

The place where it will not show up is on HAL's site.

I see the OBC for stock ownership on the HAL site.  I go to my account, make a payment tab, and it shows what I have paid, what my balance is, and what I have for OBC.

That works IF you booked with HAL / HAL PCC.

 

If you book with a TA as the OP has, you can’’t see that payment page nor your OBC.

Yes, I booked direct with HAL.
