Join the Bird on an Alaskan adventure on the Norwegian Joy. Alaska is one of our favorite locations to sail. The scenery and sea life can’t’ be matched. We sailed on inaugural Bliss last year and were scheduled to be on inaugural Joy (until NCL cancelled our cruise). A few months later, we are ready to experience the beautiful Norwegian Joy!

The Seattle porters still sit and stand behind their barriers and wait for you to bring bags to them. No one on the curb this morning.

Check-in is a breeze, if you can find the right line. The health questionnaire now asks about measles.

The waiting area is kinda disorganized. We never found a priority boarding sitting area. 

 

Tip: in hidden room beyond the bathrooms boards first before the main waiting room. If you are in a hurry to get onboard, wait in the far room.
