That’s crazy as mine is about $5500 and they did it no problem with no price change. Call and try a different agent.

Just got off phone with NCL again, they will not give me promotion because the price of my cruise has gone up. Have others who have gotten it have price increases?

They would gladly book me at today’s price to receive it😡

Bummer! I would try to call once again and hopefully get someone who will apply it to your existing reservation. 

 

I had a significant price drop on mine which I never would have seen had I not been looking for the extra excursion code. Both were applied to my existing reservation.

 

Saved $886!! Plus the additional $50 shore excursion promo. WOOT!

I got it on one of my upcoming cruises (POA) and the price was exactly the same.  I believe they have to cancel and rebook you, though, so you get whatever the price and promos are today.  On the other hand if the price went down I guess you would get an even better deal.

 

I still have to call for my other cruise since that one is through the casino and for whatever reason it's always more complicated to get things changed, in my experience.  BUT, for that one the price hasn't changed either so they should be able to add it, I hope.  It's pretty port-intensive cruise so the extra $50 per port would be a great addition.

It is standard that to get the new promos you have to 'rebook' at the current pricing.  Works well for some but not for all.

It's a great deal for those of us who book through Casinos at Sea as our prices don't change.

It always pay to keep checking and it never hurts to ask😎

That's good to know.  I will call them back--I called earlier and whomever I spoke to made it seem like it was going to be the hardest thing in the world, put me on hold for a bit, and then I got cut off.  I am definitely trying again though, it's absolutely worth the hold time if I can get it done!

Do a mock booking on your exact cruise and cabin type....if it gives you the additional option of the extra $50 excursion perk or airfare then you are 100% good to go and then call CAS 

 

The extra perk is available on Most not all cruises.....So by doing the mock booking you’ll save time on being on the phone w CAS just in case it’s not available on your particular cruise.   Good Luck

I just called to see if we were eligible for the extra credit. The lady I talked to said since we were booked through a land based casino offer and upgraded from inside to balcony we weren’t eligible. If we had gone from oceanview we would have been. That's ok we still have the 4 perks and in 151 days we will be cruising.

Thanks for this - I got it added and ended up paying a $32 difference in change to price.  Even if I only use one excursion I save $18.  My cruise has 5, so I might be saving over $200.  Thanks!
