We recently had the UDP and got a call asking if we wanted to do Chef's Table for $10 per person.  It was my husband's birthday and he is not a fan, so we turned it down.  If it were my birthday, we would have been going!

Did you also have the Deluxe beverage package?  If not, that $10pp charge was a great deal even if you only had the wine they serve at Chef's Table!

We did not.  This was on the Mariner at the end of June, 2019.

We're considering the dining package, but are on the Seranade, where there are only 3 specialty restaurants in board. Does the dining package not apply to Izumi at all, or is the Hibachi experience a different/separate thing an we could still eat there with the package?

You can use your UDP at Izumi on Serenade.

Please explain.

I've seen reports that they give discounts to Chef's Table if someone has the Deluxe Beverage package because the wine served at Chef's Table is either included or at least reduced in price because of the package.

Ok.  Any details about that pricing?

Somewhat related question, if you buy the 3 night package and have 1 or 2 meals then decide you dont want the last one, can you cancel and get refund for the unused meal?

I've not seen that particular scenario reported.
