Symphony OTS - Linking reservations

How can I link 2 other couples reservations with ours to simplify planning an reservations? 

Can I do that with in the RCI web page or the app?

If you all booked with RC direct, you should be able to do the linking with Royal's website.  Otherwise each couple needs to contact their travel agent and request the linkage.

For some things in the Planner (like MTD reservations) all you need is a name and booking number for the other couple.

The only reason to link reservations is if you want to be seated together for early or late dining. For everything else it is unnecessary

My friends and I use different TAs and I'm always able to link us together in the Cruise Planner -- they just have to give me their booking number.
