Captain Kate!

Does anyone know if Captain Kate will be at the helm of the January 5th sailing of the Edge? We are so looking forward to seeing this new ship.

Yes she was our captain on the December 15th Edge sailing.

I read in another thread that Captain Kate returned in mid-December from being off.   So unless something unusual happens she should be on the Edge through February.   I hope so as I’ll be on board early February!

Yes, she’s been back since the December 8th sailing. I’m not sure exactly how long she will be on the ship. I do know that she’s going to be part of the first ever all-female bridge and officer team on the March 8th cruise which we will be on. 😃 So perhaps she’s on until then?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

We leave tomorrow for our cruise on Sunday. I’ll keep you posted but as I understand it she is on a three month on and three month off so we should all be good. I understand she is out and about and quite fun. Looking forward to it and the warm weather😊

I’m hoping Capt Kate will be on Edge in July then.
