She is an experienced cruiser. If she wants to communicate with the concierge, she knows what she is doing. 🙂

Not necessarily, maybe first time in a full suite with concierge access. We cruised a lot before getting our first GS.

just keep in mind that they may not get back to you right away.  they tend to  communicate the week prior to embarkation.
