Would a "guarantee" suite booking on Edge come with all 4 perks...?

Edge 3/29/20 sailing....guarantee is $1999 PP.....pick your own room is over $3000 PP and clearly states all 4 perks...this is for the lowest level suite....

I saw that today and I thought it was 1999 for Exciting  Deals …. no perks.

With the 4 perks it was more (I think something like 2499)….

I just did a mock booking & the $1999 shows no perks.  With 4 perks it was $3649

For some reason, I thought any suite booking included the 4 perks, maybe just for higher level suites...

No suite automatically comes with all 4 perks.  The PH & RS include Premium Beverage package internet, unlimited speciality restaurants and laundry as a amenities of those suites.    They do not include OBC or Gratuities unless booked with the 4 perk offer.

I generally see that it is dependent on the promotion at time of booking.    The current one for me defaults to 1 perk and gives me the choice of 1, 3 or 4, with different prices of course.

Thanks for all the responses...was mainly checking prices in anticipation of a possible upgrade bid.  Currently booked in a balcony cabin with the giant circle view from the balcony, far forward..booked over Veterans Day and it included all 4 perks.
