How do you find out which ships will be in port with you?

Almost all ports have published schedules and they appear on a wide range of 3rd party websites as well.  So google your first port of call and "cruise schedule".  For example I think you sail from  San Juan so if you google "San Juan cruise schedule" you get pages like this https://www.cruisetimetables.com/fromsanjuanpuertorico-09jan2021.html

showing there are 4 vessels in port.

St Thomas I can't find yet - quite possibly becuase 2021 isn't on a schedule yet - but you can get pages like this http://crew-center.com/st-thomas-charlotte-amalie-usvi-cruise-ship-schedule-january-june-2020

And so on.

I don't think any one website is completely infallible, but I like the one below - I find it very user friendly. 😊

Find your ship and the date, and you'll see who is in port with you.

EDITED TO ADD - here, I did it for you because I had time.

While all of the listed sites are handy and usually pretty accurate, I like to verify using the website of the port authority. Just Google "port authority [name of port]".

Last summer, the port authority for Bergen was showing us stopping at Bergen Port, the commercial dock at the South end of the harbour, while the cruise line and these other sites showed us stopping at the International Cruise Port at the North end. Similar to Crown Bay vs Havensight in St. Thomas, the difference can have quite an impact on your planning for your day ashore.

Thank you for all your help. It looks like St. Thomas will be our heavy traffic day with 5 ships in town. The rest looks doable. We want to find a quiet beach so this might be a bit of a challenge!

It's a very short walk over to the Water Island Ferry. Take the quick ferry ride over to Water Island and enjoy one of the quieter beaches.  https://www.*****/waterisland/gettingthere_wi/

Looks like CC doesn't like that link. Just Google water island ferry.

Gosh, that is an excellent site. I hope it’s true for Santorini on our cruise - we are the only ship!
