Rare ontheweb Posted February 29, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 29, 2020 They normally do this every year. And to not do it this year would be extremely crazy. With cancellations way up and people putting off traveling, doing anything like not renewing this would be just another disincentive to take a cruise. "Coronavirus fears have hit the travel industry again: Some of the biggest names in the sector have been down by at least 5% at some point during Thursday trading. Shares of Royal Caribbean Cruises (NYSE:RCL) were off by 6%, Carnival (NYSE:CCL) shares dropped 4%, and Expedia Group (NASDAQ:EXPE) sank by 2.5%. All three stocks recovered some of their losses as the day went on, but this period of volatility for these travel stocks may just be getting started. " They may still go lower!😱

Floating_view Posted March 1, 2020 #8 Share Posted March 1, 2020 Purchased my 100 shares Friday. I had thought about doing it last year but wasn't crazy about the price of the stock at the time. I will be happy to receive a little extra OBC on my April and June cruises.
