Carnival Cruise Lines Skipping Some Ports

We sail on the Veendam next week to these ports.  Has anyone heard about this?  I like the itinerary that we already have, but would rather dock somewhere than nowhere.

This article has nothing to do with the Veendam.
Holland America is a different cruise line than Carnival (same parent company, only). There is no reason to believe from this article that there have been any changes to your cruise ports.

It’s not just Carnival. Some Caribbean ports are turning away cruise ships, regardless of the brand. If I was on an upcoming HAL cruise to the Caribbean, I would want to be aware of this.

Time will tell what will happen in the future if cruise ships will be turned away from those 2 ports or any other Caribbean ports.
