800 #/ Call Center Hours??

Hi. I just tried to call 7:58 Pm EST...call center is closed.

Does anyone know how early I can try tomorrow am?

It's not really closed.  Don't fall for the lure of those voicemail options.  Just hit "1".  (the disembodied voice tells you that "1" is for booking a new cruise.)  You will get a real live person.  Just tell him/her what you want to do.

If you call that number you have to press the prompt for leaving within 24 hours.  There will be a person there

Lol.  I called the emergency line, the one you use if your sailing today...someone answered and transferred me.  I ended up calling back before 8 am EST and got right through.

I cancelled my 6/20, now anxiously waiting for an email to be sure it’s done as my final payment was due in 5 days.

most of the phone lines were only open 24 hours for just a few days after the initial 30 day ban.

 

and some staff has been laid off.

 

I for one will be nice and not bother them if my trip is not in the next 3 weeks.
