CASINO AT SEA?

You can call the main number and they can help with some things.  When they can't they'll transfer you to CAS.

Payments, dining, excursions, entertainment, etc. can be handled through the standard customer service line.

Once youv'e  booked a cruise through them do you continue to call them for changes/info?

This is the first I've used CAS.

If you need to change the reservation (change dates, change times, change passengers going), you need to call CAS back.

For general bookings (dining, show, shoreex), you can call the main reservation number which has longer hours and more agents.

Do NOT try to email them. At this point in time, there are 10's of thousands of emails backed up and you may never get a response.

Thanks Tony but is the spelling correct? casinol?

Yes, for Casino Inquires.  And I continue to get quick responses from them so dont worry about what was posted above telling you not to.

Is that a capital "i" or small "L"

I assume as in "I" for inquire

Thanks

This is the email account I have used on occasion for CAS (copied below).  I have sent a couple of non-urgent questions to them before that have been answered within a couple of business days.  I have no idea what their response time would be now.

It's from the NCL website under the CAS section:

email us at casinoinquiries@ncl.com

We have a scheduled CAS cruise to Bermuda for 04/17-04/24 that I am pretty confident will be cancelled.  Do I still need to contact the CAS staff or will the refunds +/or FCCs just be issued automatically?   I hate to clog up the phones if the refund process is automatic.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.

Our CAS cruise on 4/5 was one of those cancelled by NCL.

However, it is taking time to have that cruise 'un-done'.   For example, this morning we received another auto generated reminder to complete our check-in🤔.

It's hard to say what you should do.  You could cancel now under Peace of Mind rules, or wait for perhaps(?) a better refund if/when they cancel your cruise.   Since we hadn't cancelled our cruise, we are offered the choice of 125% FCC or Cash refund.  However, we can't do anything about a cash refund until March 23rd when they will have a form available for us.

We were scheduled to sail at the end of July in the Med.  We had upgraded our cabin and paid all fees, excursions, etc.  Last week we decided to cancel due to husband being furloughed for 90 days plus doubting that the cruise will go forward.  I called CAS and since we were still outside of the final payment date we had no problem at all.  CAS was able to cancel everything with just the one call and the monies paid are supposed to be credited back on our cc within 7-10 days.   So now we wait for our next opportunity to cruise.
Hopefully anyone else that needs to call CAS will also have as easy a transaction.
