Points are only issued, For booked passengers after the scheduled sailing. If you weren’t paid in full- You didn’t have a reservation when the ship was supposed to sail. So no points. If you didn't sail, regardless of the reason, you didn't earn the points. I didn't earn any either. Sad, but true. Stay safe, get your vaccine. The points were in our accounts for a full year. Another thread on this forum mentioned that someone had lost their points.
