There does seem to be some inconsistancy on Caribbean sailings.

the only exception I saw was a European cruise where there were no other options. 

Thanks again.  I will try to switch my Rhapsody 10 night Jan 2021 cruise to the Vision 10 night Jan 2022 cruise.
