If an anti vaccer brought Covid onboard, why would passengers who had been vaccinated be quarantined?

If a vaccine was available then everyone would want to Cruise again and the prices would shoot up like crazy

If cruising resembles what it was pre-Covid, I'd love to cruise again.  Problem is, I'm not at all sure when, or if. cruising as we knew it will return.

No vaccine for a coronavirus has ever been approved.  

 

 

Here's a great article about why it's so hard to develop a vaccine for caronaviruses.  It's not hyperbole to say we may develop one.

Yes in the past, MERS and SARS are both due to a different strain of coronavirus.
BUT NO VACCINE AS YET.

common cold and influenza have been around for centuries and no vaccine for them either.
No vaccine for HIV for over 35 years.

 When the conditions and the on board environment is right for us.  I suspect it will be quite some time though and the horizon appears to be getting longer.

It would be hard not to think about cruising again as we have cruised 55 times and it's our favorite vacation.  I have already looked at taking vacations to Nassau at the new Baha Mar in Cable Beach and Atlantis on Paradise Island for shorter stays (it's a 1 hour flight away - we live in FL), or renting a condo for a couple of weeks near either place. Most of our cruises now are casino promotions so having a casino close by is imperative. The condo idea is appealing as there is a grocery store in Nassau where you can pre-order your groceries and they deliver to your condo. Would still rather cruise though.
