Celebrity Engagement Center

Multiple emails to the Celebrity Engagement Center re: delays in receiving a FCC certificate for a Cruise With Confidence cancellation from last April and Captain's Club points for a prior cruise last November have gone unanswered for many weeks now.  Is this a common experience?

 

I have been hesitant to call since my issues aren't as pressing as those of customers needing immediate assistance.

 

Just curious.

What is the Engagement Center?

No matter what the question or issue I always call for an answer even though I am aware it might not be the correct answer.

There are no customers that need immediate assistance and there won't be any for quite some time.

Suggest you call.  We had FCCs from April cancelled cruise mine came via email on 5/11.  DHs was erroneously sent to someone else who we had meet a few years ago.  They recognized the name and forwarded it to us.

If you booked with a TA they may have a copy of your FCCs.  This week DH received his FCC (another canx Cruise) I didn’t so I contacted TA and they emailed both to me.
