Cruise Manager - Sunrise Booking Gone

I realize the Sunrise FLL cruises have been moved to MIA departures. As of a couple days ago our Sunrise Cruise (with either original date or new date) is no longer listed on My Cruise Manager listing of cruises. Is this typical practice when Carnival is making changes in ships or ports or dates? Will it eventually show up with new information? And I would hope I would be emailed a new Confirmation.

We had booked the Breeze for Sept. out of Port Everglades. Then Carnival moved the Breeze from PE to Port Canaveral. We thought they would just move our booking with the ship which would have been great since we live so much closer to Port Canaveral than Port Everglades. Didn't happen. The cruise was cancelled for us and it disappeared from my cruise manager. The OP needs to contact Carnival.

Yes,  I was booked on the Radiance out of Orlando on March 27 2021.   When they announced that the Radiance was delayed in drydock and the breeze would come up to take the itineraries, my booking was gone for a few weeks until they got everyone re assigned.    It came back after that was all taken care of.

When is it due? I havent heard of any changes lately, maybe everything is alright and there is nothing to worry about really? I mean, how long has it been since that last announcement? I think everyone is already reassigned, it shouldn't be taking for so long

My October 2020 Sunrise cruise no longer shows on our booking when I sign in to my profile. From reading this thread it appears our new date will be November 2, 2020. The email we got about the change says "your stateroom assignment will remain the same." That's a wait and see. Also would like to know new itinerary.

Our Sunrise cruise for February has been removed from our planner too.  Can not access it.  I did receive an email on July 23 and here is the line stating why. I assume all new information will be available after August 23.  

    We ask for your patience as there may be a time between now and August 23, 2020, where neither our team nor our travel         agency partners will have access to your reservation as we process this change.

Sunrise has been moved to Miami sailings. Sensation was moved from Miami to Mobile. I am awaiting a room assignment for my Jan cruise now on the Sunrise
