Girl, you sure know how to make me laugh.  Can hardly wait to run into you on the Epic TA.  (The Prima will be some other time; I've canceled my 2023 cruise on her.)

Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to ask a question so I’ll ask here.
Prima cabin 10332 balcony. It sits over the infinity pool and “ beach” area towards the aft with the ocean beyond.
Im wondering if I should not move up towards the mid ship area. On the one hand I like that my balcony cabin will be over looking the infinity pool and all the ppl watching opportunities but on the other hand I wonder if I’d rather have more solitude away from all the hoopla and sit out on my balcony midship where I have a direct view of the ocean looking down as the waves are lapping up on the hull of the ship. Any suggestions yay or Nay, where would you rather be?

I would stay with cabin.  That is not what I would call aft.  although 10352 would be a nice cabin 🙂

Oh I don't say much in person, if I do, it will probably be sarcasm 😄  My fingers have not learned to let me think before typing. 🙂

I'm not sure how literally to take you, but I don't know if any cabin on the Prima would see the waves lapping up on the hull since the entire superstructure is recessed somewhat.

That said, I personally don't envision a lot of hoopla at those pools.

I agree.

We have this cabin booked and have been on other NCL 2 bedroom haven suites. This actually look’s spartan.
Having an actual 2nd bedroom with an actual bed is nice. ( others have been sofa bed in hallway to bathroom set up)

The space seems very tight and not much of a bar / coffee area.
Livingroom sitting area looks extremely small. This is supposed to be a cabin for 6. Everyone would be on top of each other, IMHO.
We were in 2 bdrm on Bliss and I could hardly get around bed. Had 10 inches between bed and wall.
I guess they really do not want us to spend any time in our cabin .😟

We're excited to sail the Prima in November but I was reluctant to book a balcony near the pools on the lower decks not knowing what the vibe will be/how much noise to expect with the new pool arrangement. I booked a balcony far forward on deck 15.

I am so surprised at the set up of the 2bdrm. That coffee situation is not very sensible either. When are you on? We don’t sail till June 2023

We´ve been in 11312 - so a little more forward. The Infinity Pool was no problem at all. We were closer to The Drop and you could hear the artifical scream and the countdown from the slide when on the balcony. I didn´t hear the people screaming. So I´d say stick to your cabin.

Today Kristiansand, I had my first excursion with ncl today.

the second cruise is fuller then the first but no 100% but everything feels a little  bit full. Then there was yesterday and today only one show at the theater, so many people had to stand.
even now back at the ship now everything is full, food hall full, surfside full ( you can sit down at the food republic too) found a place at food republic public but everywhere walking people around. Excited how that will work with full capacity and bad weather days. But maybe that is like every cruise ship at the mass market.  But for me the surfside is much to small.

Good old Monopoly.  Can't say it's my fave -- to me (as an accountant working for a property management company), it's too much like work! 🤣

You can go inside. It is not like the away ships where is a walkway in the middle of 678. Sometimes you have a walkway in the middle and then only at the left side.  That is like the seaside class from msc a little bit (  but at ncl you walk mostly through shops where you can buy things ).

at deck 8 you walk through the photoshop shops ( the walkway is always open )

What i‘m missing is a direkt walkway from the pool deck to the race track/ stadium. I walk there mostly through the surfside and then there are stairs next to the vibe entrance. But when you enter surfside it is always washi washi- sorry want only to walk through here. Then surfside is mostly packed and many people are walking around taking food and then there are a lot people who walk only through there.

my room is at the elevator at the front. With the elevator in the middle you can go to the race track. I‘m sure the most people from the middle use the same way through surfside when they are going to the pool deck or observation lounge/ galaxy.

We just booked the Haven (14922) for 2024, and was wondering if anyone had a good picture of the back of the ship?  On the deck plans it shows a white area on deck 15 above us and just curious as to what it actually looks like.  I know the infinity pool is on deck 16 and maybe it is just a catch for the water or something.  Thanks in advance.

I may have heard there is a catch below each of the infinity pools since there is no traditional railing should someone in the pool try to go to “Infinity & Beyond” 🥹

Just watched 2bdrm Haven on YouTube. I’m underwhelmed. I’ve stayed in 2bdrm many times before & this seems so small. I don’t see a vanity area with hairdryer & mirror separate sitting area. Living area is small too. Hoping more videos are going to be posted soon.

We are booked in a Prima 2 bedroom Haven cabin next September with our son & daughter-in-law.  While the video does make the cabin look sparse and I wonder about storage and we don’t have a previous Haven 2 bedroom cabin to compare it to,  a couple of thoughts:

1.  What appealed to us was the REAL private 2nd bed and bath for them, the larger balcony and the Haven amenities.  I couldn’t find a better deal for 2 cabins in the Haven and really didn’t want to share a bath and/or have the living room sofa fold out each evening in one of the other “reasonable” Haven options that can accommodate 4.

2. From our past cruise experiences, OUR particular lifestyle with our adult kids is spending more time on the balcony and around the ship than sitting inside the cabin.  Mornings and evenings we’ll each have our own personal space until we meet up to go about our day.

3. I would imagine NCL will respond to feedback from their guests in this type cabin over the next many cruises and make the adjustments they can, short of moving walls (e.g. trying to get that coffee bar or granite shelf installed that previous posts have mentioned)

Anyway, that’s just my perspective.  Sea you soon!

the balcony is nice & big but, part of the Haven is having all the outside area to enjoy. This makes balcony size not such a big deal to us. I understand beds in 2bdrm have drawers on bottom of bed. So where does your luggage go? The smaller bedroom seems like it’s all bed. Every time someone goes in or out room you’ll hear them. I enjoy having the full bed I just wish they had extend the kids bed out a little. Plus where the cawfee pot is, is just weird.

I have a question regarding deck 8, between the atrium and the local. Can this area be passed through on the inside or only by going outside on the concourse or around the outdoor dining? There is a large white area on the interior part deck plans. Does anyone have any photos? Thanks!

You can find more photos here.

@Steff79 yes, it´s definitely weird that you need to walk through Surfside Café. We sometimes opted to walk a cabin aisle on a lower deck. Our cabin was more aft so we always had to walk through the Surfside Café to get to the pool area or Observation Lounge...

@quillwercruisers that blank area is the Haven Infinity Pool. Check my photos. I took a photo from deck 8 upward.
