WWI memorial in Albany WA. It is located on Mt Clarence overlooking King George Sound.

Correct

 

I was there last December on a QE cruise Fremantle to Melbourne. before Uncle Les corrects me, it was a voyage, not a cruise.

 

Albany was a major staging point from which the soldiers were transported to Europe.
