Volunteer and test cruises, will the SL and DL be open?

I would also guess that JS's lose access to CK

At least X went ahead and put it out there.

RCI needs to do the same.  Sure there will be push back but they might as well deal with it now instead of right when cruise operations are poised to resume.

Putting it out there now will put a damper on sales.  Not sure they want to do that.

In any case, whatever they take away will be promoted as an "enhancement" like giving a cup of coffee in return for taking away CL access.

Cruising in 2021 while the pandemic is still around is going to yield a wildly different onboard experience.  Celebrity is letting their guests start to see what that means.  Hiding it until Royal guests board the ship will not create a positive effect on sales.

Stop trying to be logical. You are talking about a company whose idea of a "sale' means increasing the price.

After seeing Celebrity's new Capt Club rules I saw NO on the DL and yes on the SL but for suite guests only.  Like @suzyluvs2cruise just said the handwriting is on the wall.  I will be very surprised if P's are allowed in the SL for the time being when sailing restarts

This actually makes sense. The SL and SL/CK are part of Amenities for Suites. These are part of the price at booking. The DL/CL/SL/CK access for others outside of Suites, is a Perk governed by C&A.

Yes....there will be pushback but at least they can now do it and put the onus on the virus.
