WOO HOO!!!   yes, I'm yelling....we finally got our FCC's from our cancelled Maasdam cruise!  Got them applied to our 2023 Hawaii-Tahiti cruise.....let the excitement start building....Thank you, Jason Meyers!

Seems like it --- cruise for March, 2020....received FCC's in a timely manner to start with, later decided we wanted a refund --- agent submitted incorrect paperwork so our FCCs disappeared...they were finally restored & due to expire at the end of 2022.  When we booked our 2023 cruise, we asked Jason if they could be extended to apply to this cruise & he had to jump through some hoops but was successful.
