Where can you smoke on the Breakaway?

But in the casino when open, designated smoking areas on the promenade deck, probably an outdoor bar by the pool, but not sure?

On Norwegian Breakaway, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipe smoking and vapor smoking devices are permitted on deck 15 mid-ship, port side (limited area) and Spice H₂O, starboard side.

Casino: Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Encore have a designated smoking room within the Casino. On all other ships, active Casino players may smoke cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vapor smoking devices in the Casino during gaming hours. Cigar and pipe smoking is not permitted in the Casino.

 

The forwardmost part of the Haven sundeck on Breakaway allows smoking.

On the Joy, NCL limits smoking to a small, uncovered area in the Spice H20 (a bit chilly during the Alaskan cruise below). 

 

On the Encore, NCL build a smoking lounge on the Waterfront.

But, you will still smell smoke from balconys. I have smell it every time we have had a balcony. they  really need their fix to do this.  these people do not think it is dangerous to smoke on their balconys. Sorry, had to chime in but the smoke goes every where.

Did you call security? I have only smelled smoke while out on my balcony one time. I called security and it was quickly handled.

Bliss also has a cigar lounge with a door that opens to the Waterfront, but I hear they're pretty picky about cigarettes being smoked in there.

No cigarettes allowed in the cigar lounge... yet people still do.
