Email Offer matching to different offer

So in my email today i received my very first Players club Elite offer today for an Australian Cruise with a Free balcony cabin, 500 AUD Fun Play credit and Drinks everywhere onboard for 2 people.  But the rate code corresponds to a Premier offer with 1000 AUD fun play credit and Drinks in casino only for two people.  Every link i click on in the email brings ups the Premier offer and not the Elite offer.  Is this something i need to book by phone vs online?  Its capacity controlled so i dont want it to sell out before i can book it like the previous free balcony offers that ended up inside cabins before an hour was up from all the bookings lol.

Got the same email this morning, first elite offer, but it is not showing up in my offers, just an email with a link to "book now" or "learn more", when I go to that it's like $500 for a balcony room, not free.  I'm going to check back later and see if it pops up in my offers and check it out.

My husband and I both got the same email for the free balcony "elite". The offer code on the email and the site that comes up from the email link are the same but they list different perks. I was going to check back later too.

I wouldn’t even fly to Nassau from Florida for a cruise.   There is no “free” that is free enough to get me on that long a flight.

Then, they might as well though a genuine Elite offer my way (cause I'm not biting)!! If I pay that kind of coin to fly, it won't be to jump on a Carnival ship !

Well (expletive deleted)!  Guess I'm in the same boat (pun intended) as others.  I was so ready to book.  My very first cruise was in 1968 from Vancouver to Sydney and I've wanted to go back ever since.  Can only hope that one day I'll get a real Elite cruise offer.

I had a (Caribbean) Elite offer booked a couple years ago. Had to cancel it, and they have not seen fit to extend another my way... I don't blame them, I've pulled back 90%+ from my play of past. I have not heard "Checks Play" in a few years!!

I didn't get the email but I'm already booked on quasi B2B in February on Casino fares with a chunk of AUS$ OBC and DOU (casino only).   We're 99% sure we won't be able to go since OZ has no plans to open their borders to international travelers.  Plus, my TA already said they sent out itinerary changes.  But they haven't told us that we can't sail.  I've wanted to see OZ and NZ for many years, so I'm pretty disappointed.

I wouldn't count on sailing from OZ for quite a while.  I've already nearly filled up my cruise calendar until mid-2023 with re-bookings of re-bookings, so I don't know when I might squeeze in replacements for those two.  Hope I can some day.

Would be nice if Carnival would just tell us so I can apply one of the FCCs to the Med Pride I added to the front of my Med/TA B2B next October.  And I'll apply the other to a January sailing to replace the Breeze sailing from this past January that was yanked out from under us when they moved her to replace Radiance, which wasn't going to be ready to sail.  Of course, no one ended up sailing anywhere.
