Actually I meant 11:15 for the last show. But this is combination atrium and ocean plaza so I wouldn’t be surprised if the house band comes on after that and plays until midnight.

Thanks. I'll report back next week how those rooms right above the Grand Central Atrium on Deck 9 are noise wise.

They played on Horizon and were mesmerizing.  Can't believe all those empty chairs.

Well there’s three levels to that so it’s more people that what it looks like. Buts also almost midnight and the late night comedy showcase is about to start which is where I’m going

I can tell you they were done by 12:20 for sure. So it’s probably 12. Now As of 12:30 the Havana bar as three horns playing…loudly and and that’s close to the atrium.

And yet, amazingly, you're still standing.  You ARE, aren't you?  😁 🏴‍☠️

While there are a lot of food options on this ship there isn’t much after 10pm. Pizza…and they extended the sushi to midnight. So I’m case I get hungry before bed I went down to the pizza panini just before the cutoff and grabbed a turkey sammich to stash.

We noted the lack of late food as well and there was a pretty high demand on the poor pizza guys at night as a result.

Keeping the adjacent Piazza Panini open several hours later would ease the strain on the pizza joint and also make guests a little happier. I think Emeril's should also be open until well into the wee hours. It would be a good complement to Alchemy, Fortune Teller and Brass Magnolia bars all nearby with the night time  French Quarter party vibe going on.

I haven't been able to find sea dogs on the deck plans. Is it just part of the lido marketplace?

Yes, it is part of the Marketplace on Mardi Gras. The original was an outdoor hotdog stand. The new SeaDogs has a few more options on the menu. Saw a currywurst and Italian sausage pictured.

I'm surprised you and Whaletail haven't met for a drink.

I think they are both somewhat solitary creatures in their solo travel ways. Being socially awkward myself with a fairly pathological fear of strangers (and friends) I get the feeling that sometimes it's best to just let the mystery be.

Or at least to keep your real life separated from your (very active) social media virtual life.

This trio will be in the celestial strings show which by the way they’ll be doing here not in the theater like the others. I think because they can move the tables. It’s one that requires the removable chairs from vista class theaters. I saw them practicing the show earlier.

Those look like the same three that were on the Panorama Inaugural

Greg, will you opine about the casino... specifically how busy the TABLE GAMES of each side is (non-smoking vs. smoking), evening and late night? TIA.

Both crowded. I specifically looked for that but smoking more crowded like you couldn’t find a spot at a table. Non smoking was crowded but you could find a spot here or there. I should mention this is a casino cruise. I think I heard they have 500 people.

Think of where the deli is on in the buffet on Dream/vista classes. That’s where the gyro, cakes, gelato, and sea dogs are.
