They have already started on Harmony transfers.  We had 2 HM cruises booked that are affected:

• 12-11-2022 -- Transferred our booking to Wonder to the exact Junior Suite Suite that we had on Harmony.  Same itinerary -- Eastern Caribbean
• 2-26-2023 -- We booked a 7 night HM cruise out of Port Canaveral in a JS.  Our booking now shows Harmony out of Ft. Lauderdale for a 6 night Western.  The D+ desk reservationist I talked to said that he thinks they are still transferring cruises especially in the suite area (on the website, it shows all JS and above being booked for our cruise and many others).  He thinks they are holding the Suite category in inventory until they make the changes.
