Johnny Rockets is the one thing Anthem ruined.  It is only open for breakfast on the Oasis class.

on Anthem it is basically outside by the pool deck, no indoor fun.

Good morning everyone and Happy December. Welcome to DAY 4 of "LIVE" from Anthem of the Seas.

 

We finally pulled away from the pier in Port Canaveral at 10:30 p.m. last night. We arrived to CocoCay around 9:45 a.m. Our scheduled time was 9:30, so things turned out pretty well for our arrival.

 

And it's mostly sunny with a few clouds and a bit breezy. The temperature should increase to around 70F.

Do you know what the situation is for Nassau for unvaccinated guests? Last I understood, they would only be allowed off the ship with an excursion booked through RC. We're not really sure if there's specific excursions that qualify, especially given limitations for age appropriate activities. We might just stay on the ship or have only some of our party get off.

I cruised with a stop in Nassau 2 weeks ago. They were very strict in the port area. If you wanted to go off on your own you needed an ID and vaccine card.  If you booked an RC excursion,  then just the ID. When we finished our RC snorkeling excursion the authorities were right there checking ID'S. My excursion had a few kids, but snorkeling had a minimum age.

Also I'm assuming that there is no public cell service on the island.  Can anyone know otherwise?

If really lucky you may be able to connect to the cell tower on next island over - nothing on CocoCay itself.

WiFi works the same as on the ship.
