JMorris271 Posted February 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2022 My family have done a good many cruises over the last 25 yrs.(around 20) but for some reason we have lost our record of ships, dates and destinations. Can anyone tell me how aside from just calling them to approach the cruise line to get that info do it can be applied to our past cruise credits? Thanks for your answers

CruiserBruce Posted February 28, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 28, 2022 Depends on the cruise line. Holland America displays the info, on line, in your Mariner account. Have you asked on the board(s) for the cruise line(s) involved?
Rare LHT28 Posted February 28, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 28, 2022 I agree on HAL & Oceania it is on their website under your account info Have not checked other lines but they all seem to do the same system
Rare Essiesmom Posted February 28, 2022 #5 Share Posted February 28, 2022 As long as you registered on the lines you have cruised your past cruise history will be there. In addition to the lines mentioned, NCL, Cunard, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity (and Crystal, RIP) will have records. EM
leaveitallbehind Posted March 1, 2022 #6 Share Posted March 1, 2022 (edited) Add RCCL to the list of cruise lines with whom their loyalty program maintains a record of past cruises. Obviously most - if not all - cruise lines do, as that is the record they maintain for your tier level progress and associated benefits. You just have to go on line (with most) to their web site and access your loyalty account through their loyalty program tab and there should be a way to access past cruises as recorded in their program. If you cannot access this or this is not easily found on line, just call their loyalty program and they can access the record to confirm your cruise history. As example we can see ours easily with RCI. As to having past cruise credits applied to your account, that likely has already been done automatically by the cruise line through their internal posting after each cruise has been completed and your folio closed. It's not likely they would have missed or skipped past cruises. Edited March 1, 2022 by leaveitallbehind
Markanddonna Posted March 1, 2022 #7 Share Posted March 1, 2022 I always write an extensive review with details so I can refer back to it to see which tours I took, hotels, etc.
