Is it only me? Can’t access excursions.

I still can't get into the excursions for our Alaskan cruise.  It has been around 3 days now.  So frustrating.  Has anyone heard when it will get fixed?

I can get to excursions today and can also search cruises again.  Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Having trouble with booking excursions also. The website works on and off. Sometime the ez air works and other times it doesn’t. It is very frustrating trying to get all this done with the website acting up. Hope they fix it soon

Hasn't worked on Chrome for a couple of days as per the posts above. Just tried Edge and Excursions loaded straight away. Go figure.

It's not just you!  My family and I tried earlier this evening and only I was successful in booking a tour for DH and I in one of the ports.
I was told on "chat" that they are working on it and to try tomorrow....
Tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow...

Yes, got together this evening with 4 other family member to get dinners and excursions done. We managed to only book one specialty dinner on one of the nights and only 2 of us were able to book an excursion. Then I checked the Medallion app and a specialty dinner to celebrate DH's birthday that I bought and paid for a week ago is now gone!  GRRRR!

I can't access the excursions either. Just keeps defaulting to the login page.

The agent I spoke with had no idea what was going on. And with my PVP on a cruise herself I can’t get any straight info.

After 4 days of trying to access shore excursion details, all appears to be well again 👍 🤞

I just tried it and it is working. Initial page load is a bit slow.

It would be nice if they know they are working on a section of the software and it will not be available that they show a message to that effect when people try to access what is being worked on.
