Actually I called about moving FCC from 1 cruise to another and there wasn't a wait time. She did it immediately rather than contacting someone else

Here is a start:

 

LEVEL 1:

1 - for TA's

2 - for guests w/existing booking or FCC's

3 - New bookings

4 - reach a PVP

5 - other

 

LEVEL 2 for Option 2:

1 - MC or DMW issues/requests

2 - payments

3 - shore excursions

4 - EZ-Air

5 - FCC's

6 - All other

It doesn't work. I called for an air issue, went through the menu hitting the corresponding number and got customer service anyway who had to transfer me. It's an illusion!

So when they say "listen carefully as the options have changed", they actually mean it.
