NCL Website so annoying!

Anyone else trying to check out the cruise deals, and have that “Let’s Chat” window  pop up, and block the entire screen?

This is without hitting the HELP button..

YES!!!!   When it pops up on my tablet, I cannot see the "X" to "X" out and have to start my search all over again .

 

Does anyone have a suggestion to block it?

Same here! It’s been doing that to me for over a week now. Next to impossible to get rid of the chat window too.

Rotate your tablet. You should be able to see the X then. Agreed, it’s super annoying.

Yes, yes yes!!! Super annoying!! I just hit refresh. But still….. grrr.

Yes! I thought it was just me. Their site is the worst!

Not sure if it was the NCL site but had this problem recently.  Is there a minimize (-) symbol to double click?  That eliminated the pop up on whatever site I was on.

At the top right of the screen there is a button to enable /disable accessibility.  If you disable it, the let’s chat disappears unless you use the back arrow.

Luckily I'm on a laptop and so it is only in the bottom left but can imagine what it would be like on a tablet or phone!!

 

My annoyance is the "Get Special Offers" that appears whenever I am looking at cruises and change any detail.

I sent an email to IT about it. I got a somewhat generic  reply but at least they acknowledged the issue.

I just discovered that if you touch the upper right corner where an X normally would be the box goes away. Give it a try. Hopefully it works for you.
