How long to hear from MSC email?

I sent email 3 weeks ago asking to have my civil service discount applied to my booking

in October….included my copy of retirement letter

  
still no reply… any ideas how long it takes??  In the past, they just applied it when I booked…

 

Any suggestions appreciated….thanks

I would email again. I had to email them about something on my cruise in January and did not get a reply and emailed again and they replied within 24 hours

Which Email did you send it to? I used mscexistingreservations.com and got a military discount; however, that was in 2019 and the response was good. I sent a message to the same Email a few weeks ago and got no response, but it was a different issue.  I Emailed the same concern to my travel agent and got no response, but somehow it was corrected, so I don't know who fixed it!

I've been also trying to get a response,  the 1st time, Immediately,  after,  no response.  I had a cruise canceled,  I was to get  obc, but now they won't  honor that, said I cancelled,   I did not.  I followed  their rules,  now honor your end MSC

I did get a response yesterday, so it took just over three weeks. They weren't helpful because the only reason I was contacting them was because my travel agent with MIA and they said I needed the TA to help me.

I normally assume at least two weeks. The are not the greatest. I also find it usually takes multiple communications to get things done....but they do eventually do it. Frustrating as hell.

I am still waiting since September for replies. Over 40 emails for numerous issues on multiple cruises.

 

Crap CS. Call them and they will tell you a supervisor will contact you in 48-72.  Lol. Not!!

MSC in Sweden normally respond the same day or the day after.

Email mscexistingreservations@msccruisesusa.com. I emailed them yesterday and received email reply within 2 hours.
