Casino offer availability

As anyone else noticed that the availability of cruises on casino offers as dried up. We had a few offers that do not expire till July but there is very very little availability as of the beginning of June. I wonder if Carnival has cut back in order to limit passenger level until they can get more employees.

We're still getting a steady flow of casino offers but the incentives have decreased.

It is not unusual to not see a lot of offers for very far in the future. We often get offers that are "book by" some months in the future and as that date approaches no new offers have arrived. But as that future date gets close, or when they expire, a new set of offers good for months in the future will arrive.

I think the great offers were to lure people back to cruising. They no longer have to do that to fill ships

I think this is it right here, plus once you have cruises booked, the offers are (for me anyways) the generic ones that are available for everyone. I too have gotten the Australia offers but airfare kills it for me. Certainly an itinerary I'd like to do one day though, just can't justify the expense of it.

I'm getting free rooms and Aussie dollars or free balcony on limited cruises from cities I'd have to fly to.  Waiting for a free balcony with funplay out of Baltimore that doesn't visit Freeport.  What I am getting is a ton of emails, where they try to make the same offers look new and exciting.  Annoying click bait.

I am still getting these as well as Elite and Ultra offers on a regular basis.

I have several offers out there, but none like the $25 offers when we can't cruise. The best I could find when we can cruise again is for next Summer. It amounts to about $2600 for 3 people and $600 OBC. Since we can only go over the Summer, we are limited. For 8-nights and free drinks in the casino, that is about as good as we will find.

I know what you mean....out of Australia!!!!! No thank you...."FREE BALCONY"....really...there is never a balcony available unless you want to pay full price...SCAM

It took me a bit to figure out my "free balcony" was a cove.  No thanks.

My plane is to win big in the casino on my next cruise and use that money to buy airfare to Australia.

I haven't yet received any free room offers, but I am not really a high-roller.

Mine (well my husband's) aren't really "free".  But it's $100 per person with a $200 OBC.

I think that if you typically spend/lose a lot in the Carnival casino, you will continue to get great casino offers just like before COVID times.   For the rest of us who don't drop a lot in the casino, I think the free cabin offers are pretty much gone unless Carnival suffers another big setback.   I am still getting good Australia offers, but even those are not free cabin offers.

With them giving $200.00 onboard credit, and $200 fun play in casino...(which was given to me in cash)....theoretically the "room" is free but the taxes and grants aren't..Still puts me up $200

Same.  He is going to play the $200 whether they gave it to him or not.  Same with OBC.  I would have spent it on board anyway.

I appreciate everyone who has responded but I think you all misunderstood what I was saying. The offers are still there. I have free room offers right now. But if you click on it and try to book, the cruises that are available have almost all gone away. The offers are still there but very few cruises you can use them on.

Ah! Now that you have explained it to me I see I misunderstood your first post.

So,

I think it’s basically there is only so much availability.  The offers we have are old now. There were lots of options at first and now not as much selection.
i expect when a new offer comes there will be more options again.  Just a matter of if and when.

I have yet to see a "free balcony", but I have seen some pretty good discounted rates on balcony rooms considering what we paid pre-pandemic.  $100 per person for 5-day cruises and $450 for an 8 day cruise.
