Calli50 Posted June 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2022 Hi all- I have a group of 8 of us going to Alaska out of Seattle. We are staying at a hotel that says it is only .4 tenths of a mile to the Pier 66. Who do you all recommend for transfers to the port? We don't have any special needs for the transfer. Thanks in advance!
Rare www3traveler Posted June 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2022 What hotel? Ask them when you check-in if they have a shuttle or can arrange one.
putchky Posted June 14, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2022 We stayed at the Westin and got a cab to the pier. It is a little hilly in places and pulling luggage would have been hard. It was also a little confusing to the location of the entrance ( could be my map reading). I would take a cab again if we go back
bookbabe Posted June 14, 2022 #4 Share Posted June 14, 2022 We stayed at the Marriott Waterfront and just walked across the street to the terminal. The Edgewater Hotel would also be an easy walk.
ChiefMateJRK Posted June 14, 2022 #5 Share Posted June 14, 2022 (edited) Sounds like three Uber XL's. Despite what is advertised, if there is luggage you can really only fit three people in one. Probably $10 each plus tip. Edited June 14, 2022 by ChiefMateJRK

Walking across the street with our rolling luggage sounds like the best option on a busy disembark/embark day.
deliver42 Posted June 14, 2022 #7 Share Posted June 14, 2022 We've used Seattle Express twice, and haven't had a problem. Made reservations on line. Told them what hotel, and they were there on time.
