Mine took about two weeks.

And they may never do it.  You will still need to show cards at the pier.

I don't use the app to check in...I do it online the old fashioned way and don't download anything. Quick and easy. They take pictures of my hard copy items and take our pic at the terminal.

It varies.  Our first cruise back (b2b) took over a week.  Our second b2b took about three days.  For our upcoming July 22 cruise it's been "validating" for about 10 days.  Exact same card for all, two shots and a booster so who knows why it varies so much.

Don't worry about how long it takes. It's completely random and may take 3 hours or may take 3 weeks.  They're still going to look at the card at the port anyway.

On our cruise out of Seattle two weeks ago, they did not look at our vaccine cards. We uploaded our vaccination card and our booster card into the app (same card) and it validated in a few days.
