Getaway Casino

I’m planning a slot pull on the Getaway. Is this the main entrance to the casino?

There are several entrances to the Getaway casino. I suppose you could say the "main" entrance area is near the decks 6-7-8 glass staircases. If you are looking for a meeting spot for your slot pull, depending on how many people you have joining, you could choose a spot near the forward or aft elevators or somewhere near the cashiers or Player's Club.

I'm planning a slot pull for next week's Getaway cruise. We're just all meeting in the Sunset bar, then wandering down to the casino. I told everyone to find the fat guy with a pink shirt and blue flamingos!

To do a Slot Pull, you will need the permission of the Casnio Manager and HE will pick the machine to be used.

Ummm...that's from a totally different cruise line's ship.  You won't find it on NCL.  Might want to check with whomever arranged the slot pull as to where to meet on your NCL ship.

 

For reference, this is one of the entrances to the casino on the Getaway.

Thank you very much. That’s very helpful & just what I was looking for as it appears that their are several ways to enter the casino. I see the Sunset Bar is on deck 8.

 

Please post how your tournament goes. I try & find the $1 Wheel of Fortune machine.

I agree, Since when can a casino manager ever dictate what machine you play. I have done slot pulls where everyone puts in a $15 bill we find a $1 Machine 5 max bet spins each, and I also did one with $20 per person on a $5 machine with a 2 coin bet each person got 2 spins.

Only if the Getaway has been sold to Royal Caribbean. There is no entrance to the Getaway casino.
