Thank you so much!

Here's what the Pre-Concierge can do for you. They can not do anything that you can't do yourself. E.g., they can not help you with sold out restaurants or shows. Only the onboard concierge staff can help you with that. But if you want to select regular or decaf coffee, the pre-concierge can certainly take your order... and it won't help because your butler will stock both by default.

The pre-cruise concierge was able to change the day and number of people on several of my dinner reservations pre-cruise.  There was one day and restaurant which wasn't available, the pre-cruise concierge said she would put in the request to the onboard concierge and when we boarded, it had already been taken care of.

That was my experience anyway.  I found the pre-cruise concierge very helpful and knowledgeable, even more so recently than in years past.

THE PAMPERING BEGINS BEFORE BOARDING.

To reach the Elite Pre-Cruise Concierge Desk,

please call 1-855-625-4283 between the hours of 9am - 7pm EST or email NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com

Sure, didn't pamper me. I called and was curtly told to leave a note for my butler for my requests.

To please empty frig of pay items,

2 of each type of pillow

Bowl of M&Ms.

Bowl of bar mix

3 cans of root beer (we would pay for)

3 cans of Ginger Ale

A couple of other small items

I guess it depends on who you speak to.  The first time I called the concierge kept asking what I needed and made suggestions of things I might want in the cabin.

A few weeks later I thought of something else and e-mailed the request.  The reply said to ask the Butler once I was onboard.

So, two very different experiences within a few weeks and regarding the same cruise.

Guess sometimes it's the luck of the draw.
