Carnival Venezia Itinerary Details Released by Christine Duffy!

During a interview with John Heald, Christine Duffy said that Venezia's cruises will be available for booking on November 14, the first one will be a transatlantic from Barcelona to NYC! It will be in New York year round!

What wasn't confirmed is if the Venezia will be the second ship sailing out of New York this summer, or is she replacing the Magic, as it appears per the 2023 Bermuda Port Schedule.

 

Also, if the Venezia is going to sail from NYC year round, she's going to have some longer, more exotic itineraries during the winter. 7 or 8 day Port Canaveral,  Nassau,  and Freeport itineraries aren't going to cut it. 😎

Year round is good news, as Jamman says let’s hope for some interesting Winter itineraries.

thats what they did with the Splendor back in 2014 and thats why it failed

When will the TA take place?  That sounds like a good trip because there should be slightly fewer sea days.

 

Also, is this another Mardi Gras ship or one purchased from Costa?

Around April? Could also start in March, Venezia's last Costa cruise ends December 1 or 4 or something.

 

Also might be worth mentioning this ship wasn't purchased, it will be transferred. Carnival owns Costa, so Carnival Corp owns the Costa ships. They just switch which cruise line it will be operating under.
